COPYRIGHT POLICY

Authors who publish in the Journal for Quality in Public Health (JQPH) retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting and publishing a manuscript in JQPH, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish, distribute, archive, and disseminate the article in accordance with the applicable publication license.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and that they have obtained permission to reproduce any third-party material, including figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, and other copyrighted content, where permission is required.

Articles published in JQPH may be shared, copied, distributed, and reused by readers in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons license specified on the published article and on the journal website. Appropriate attribution to the original author(s), the article title, the journal, and the original publication source must be provided.

The copyright and licensing terms applicable to each article will be clearly stated on the article's landing page and/or full-text version. Any reuse of published material must comply with the terms of the applicable license and relevant copyright laws.

The journal does not claim ownership of the intellectual property rights of authors' work, except for the publication and distribution rights expressly granted to the journal under the applicable agreement or policy.

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that they have the authority to grant the publication rights required by JQPH and that the submission does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
